How we engage

Most engagements begin with a 30-minute call to understand the situation, the stakeholders, and what success would look like. From there, we scope an engagement — fixed-fee project, retainer, or fractional executive seat — that matches the work and the timeline.

We're senior-only. The person who has built the track record is the person you'll work with. There is no leverage model, no junior associate handoff.

For situations that aren't a fit, we'll say so directly — and where possible, point to someone who is.
